Sniff, talk to, and attack any IoT radio
An original multiprotocol, multiband USB board for sniffing, communicating with, and attacking IoT devices across LoRa, Sub-1 GHz and 2.4 GHz.
Overview
CatSniffer is an original, multi-protocol, multi-band circuit board for sniffing, communicating, and attacking IoT (Internet of Things) devices. It was designed as a highly portable USB stick that integrates the TI CC1352, Semtech SX1262 and an RP2040 (V3.x) USB bridge.
It is a "swiss army knife" for IoT security researchers, developers and enthusiasts. The board works with many software stacks: third-party sniffers such as SmartRF Packet Sniffer, Sniffle, zigbee2mqtt, Z-Stack-firmware, Ubiqua Protocol Analyzer, Electronic Cats’ custom firmware, or your own software.
The project was inspired by Michael Ossmann’s work at Great Scott Gadgets (YardStick, GreatFET, HackRF, Ubertooth).
